Nýuppgert íbúðarhús til leigu sem var byggt árið 1955. Er 140 m2 að stærð og er staðsett í Jölulsárhlíð Múlaþingi (Hlíðargarður).
Eldhús er með helsta borðbúnaði og svo eru setustofa með sjónvarpi. Á stéttinni fyrir utan er grill og útihúsgögn.
Nærri eru 3 veiðiár, Fögruhlíðará, Jökulsá og Kaldá sem mögulegt er að kaupa veiðileyfi í Hálsakoti.
Mikið er af gönguleiðum á svæðinu.. 22000 á dag fyrir húsið og 4í gistingu lámark2 nótt,
40 km eru til Vopnafjarðar og einnig eru 40 km til Egilsstaða. Þá eru 70 km til Borgarfjarðar Eystri . EUR148,53 pr nótt

Property wasn?t easy to find as it?s located in very separated area but pictures from the offer and advices from the owner were very helpful. Cottage itself felt like home, we didn?t wanna leave and surely we?ll be back! Waterfall behind the house is stunning, emptiness and comfort of the house are very calming. Great day it was!

Stayed there for a few days with my girlfriend. The house was beautifully furnished, decorated and clean. The surroundings really bear the raw soul of the East region, good weather or bad, and the tranquillity is absolute!

We spent a very enjoyable week in this very clean and well equipped cottage with comfortable beds.
The situation is peaceful and we took full advantage of opportunities to bird watch.
We would definitely book this property again.
