Til leigu hlýlegt sumarhús að Kotabyggð 6, Vaðlaheiði, með heitum potti. Bústaðurinn er rólegu umhverfi með einstaklega fallegu útsýni yfir pollinn við Akureyri, bæinn sjálfan og upp í Hlíðarfjall. Auk þess er skemmtilegt útsýni fram Eyjafjörðinn. Skógarböðin og Akureyri eru nálægt eða í um 3-5 mínútna akstursfjarlægð.

Leigjendur koma sjálfir með rúmföt, handklæði og viskustykki/tuskur. Stærð er rúmum er 160*200 í öðru herberginu en 140*200 auk koju 90*200 í hinu.

Leigjendur sjá sjálfir um þrif á húsinu þegar þeir fara og eiga að ganga þannig frá því að næstu leigjendur komi að hreinu og vel frágengnu húsi. Allt til þrifa í geymslu í bústað. Ef leigjendur kjósa að borga fyrir þrif þá þurfa leigjendur samt sem áður að ljúka við uppvask, tæma ísskáp, fjarlægja allt rusl og ganga vel frá húsinu.

Very nice location and environment. The house is a cosy one. The ability to reach homeowners directly is also another of the advantages.
We had a very pleasant holiday in this cozy little nest for a fabulous family reunion !

The house is very charming and has a beautiful view. The localisation is nice, very quiet and peaceful but also close to the city which is very convenient. We enjoyed a lot the outside hot tube with the stunning view of the city and the stars. We had a chance to see nothern lights in it. Few points to improve : the water drainage in the shower isn?t very good, the duvet cover for the two persons bed should be a cover for two and not two covers for one, and the instructions for the house (fireplace, recycling, stuff we can use or not, ...) could be a little more completed. Besides these few non very important points, we loved our stay and really recommand this house for holidays in the North.

We spent a lovely 3 days in the summerhouse! It was in a fab location, 5 minutes drive from the airport and the town, overlooking the fjord! We relaxed every night in the hot tub after busy days sightseeing. The house was well equipped for our short break and we would definately go back

The place is so nice. The view on Akureyki and the montains is so beautiful. The cottage has great windows and confortable seats just in front of Akureyki. There is to a beautiful terrace, all in intimité (). My husband was not happy about the tv because only 2 chanels were available. I was sad to leave this place :(

Nice cabin with spacious garden and beautiful view over the fjord and Akureyri. Close to town. Great hot tub. Warmer climate than the rest of Iceland so we enjoyed the sun and the BBQ on the terrace deck.
Wood stove inside that is cosy when it's cold. The furniture, decoration and the bathroom are a bit outdated.
Kitchen is not very well equipped (i.e. we missed basic things like a salad bowl) and not the cleanest we have seen at arrival (i.e. mold in water glasses). For the rest we had a pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay! The hot tub in the garden was really great with a beautiful view over the fjord and the city. Beds and sofa etc were ok. In the kitchen we could have used an oven dish, but other than that everything was provided.
There was a minor thing regarding the bed linnen, one set was missing, but this was handled very well by the host so that was no problem.
Would really recommend this place.

very nice place with a great view over Akureyri, especially when your in the hottub!
great beds and comfortable seats. well equipped kitchen.
(not much room to store clothing
we kept everything in the suitcases)
it was a nice week and we enjoyed all the nice places in the area

Ágætur bústaður og allt til staðar sem þörf er á. Gólfið á klósettinu er ónýtt. Umhverfið frábært og aðstaða utandyra mjög góð.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Summerhouse! The space is very pretty, cozy, comfortable, welcoming, and clean. The hot tub overlooking the fjord and Akureyri is fabulous. The views are spectacular! The location is very convenient to Akureyri, about 5 minutes. We loved our stay!

What a perfect place is this ! We stayed here a whole week, 21-09-2016 to 28-09-2016, and had wonderfull time. Enjoyed the best view ever over Akureyri sitting in the hotpot and looking to the northern light!

Excellent location, good beds, good cooking untensils, good gas grill and good hot tub (jacuzzi). We stayed three nights (4 adults and 1 baby) and were very satisfied.
