We are proud to welcome you to our guesthouses at Geldingsá in Northern Iceland.It belonges to a large farm at an exceptional location on a hillside with a panorama view inside Eyjafjörður valley, over Akureyri the capital of the Northern Iceland and with a breathtaking view of the fjord to the north. You just have to step out of the guesthouse for a good hike on the hill (Vaðlaheiði), enjoy the long bright summer days or just experience the peaceful countryside and the midnight sun.
From Geldingsá you can make daytrips to many of Iceland's most loved places. You can visit Goðafoss, fly to Grímsey and enjoy the fantastic scenery at lake Mývatn. In the winter time skiing in Hlíðarfjall above Akureyri is one of many choices, or you can just watch the Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky through the windows.
We are proud to offer you our fully equipped 95 m2 apartment .
The entrance area is large and bright and connects directly to an open space with comfortable living room and kitchen-dining space.
There are two bedrooms, one with twin bed and one single bed the other with two single beds.
Single sleeping sofa are in an open space.
The bathroom is large, with roomy shower.
The beds come with linen and towels and additional bed sheets and towels are available.
The apartment have a terrace and a barbeque grill.
Internet hotspot is within the apartment.
