Sehr schön gelegen.
Alles da, was man braucht. Einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Unser Sohn hat den Garten und die Schaukel intensiv genutzt.
Wir alle den Pool.
Cottage empfehlenswert!

We had a wonderful time in the bungalow. It is very well situated to visit the gloden triangle. The lanscape is marvelous, the neighborhood is very quiet, the hot tub is great. It is just five minutes away from Laudarvatn where we could find a good supermarket.
The bungalow itself is small but very well equiped ans clean. We could find all what we need to cook and take good time. The leaving room is very cosy and has a great view outside.

Hallo! Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein, aber vielleicht sind wir Deutschen auch einfach zu reinlich. Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das Cottage reicht nur für maximal zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Sonst alles soweit in Ordnung und zur Weiterempfehlung mit kleineren Abstrichen.

My wife and I really enjoyed the house. It would be perfect for a family, but we enjoyed the location and comfort. It was better than we expected!
A small grocery and places to grab a meal are right down the road.
We did daily excursions in the Golden Circle and South and found the central location to be really nice.
Our Garmin GPS had trouble finding the house but my iPhone map went right to the coordinates.
I will recommend it to others.

The house is very nice and we liked to have view at all directions. The surrounding is beautiful with the mountains, the flowing water behind the house and lot of green. The jacuzzi was really nice. The road was a bit bumpy, which was a problem to one of us due to pain. Good it was not to far from the bigger road. Me and my family had a very nice time in the house and in the area.

Die Zufahrt war für einen Kleinwagen ein Problem !!!
Sonst ist alles sehr gepflegt sauber und modern!!
Wir hatten uns sehr schöne Woche!!

Great location and all facilities as advertised and very comfortable and well /thoughtfully equipped. Gardens were due a tidy but no problem for us and given the amount we paid for a clean when we left (£75) I would have expected to have found it cleaner inside when we arrived (cupboard shelves, floor under/around beds).

Braedraborg is a cosy house right in the middle of the Golden Circle area near Laugarvatn. The house is very comfortable and clean and has a hot tub outside. Its also just a short drive into Laugavartn where there are restaurants.

Nice property about 25 minutes outside Thingveller. Located on a couple dirt roads south of the town of Laugvartn. Hot tub was great, kitchen was fully stocked, and the entire place was very clean. We fit 5 people here comfortably. The town of Laugvartn has a couple good restaurants, but if you drive a little farther on 37 there is a restaurant called Farmhouse Top Dollar which is phenomenal. Pretty much everything we expected in the house and was a pleasure to be able to stay there. Just an FYI - There is a dvd player, but no dvd so supply your own.

We got what we expect, not more, not better. The only thing we don´t understand why the owner didn´t return our calls. What if something happened with his property? We are foreigners, what if we would really need some help?

Vantaði stóla, voru mjög illa farnir þeir fáu sem voru, það sama á við borðstofuborðið var alveg að gefa sig. Húsið var mjög skítugt þegar við komum og ryk um allt. Vantaði nokkrar perur í ljós og lýsing almennt slæm, ekki loftljós í hjónaherbergi og lamparnir þar á veggnum rifnir og ónýtir. Eins engin ljós á pallinum fyrir framan hús. Gott bílaplan og fínn pottur og verönd í kringum húsið. Ekki 36 þús krónu virði :/

Excellent little cottage within easy reach of Thingvellir / Geyser sights of interest.
Very well equipped with everything we needed, even games and puzzles for those young at heart!

Excellent location and the hot pot ready with the perfect temperature (sometimes in other houses is difficult to control, but here was perfect). Lots of toys for children, which we appreciated!

Við nutum dvalarinnar í þessu fallega húsi, þar var allt til alls heitur pottur og glæsilegur pallur í hring. Góð staðsettning stutt að keyra á fallega staði. Takk fyrir okkur.

Það er óhætt að mæla með Bræðraborg, sérstaklega fyrir fjölskyldufólk. Við áttum góða daga þarna og þurftum aldrei að taka upp dótatöskuna fyrir son okkar þar sem mikið er af leikföngum þarna. Húsleigjandinn (Siggi)var allur af vilja gerður að aðstoða okkur með það sem þurfti aðstoðar við. Gætum vel hugsað okkur að gista þarna aftur síðar.

Við vorum þarna í tvo daga, og var allt til fyrirmyndar öll aðstaða, umhverfi og nóg um að vera fyrir börnin mikið af ýmsu dóti, takk fyrir okkur, Sig Ingi
