Description
In the forestry land of Husafell lies this beautiful newly built house. It is 131 m2 in size and is fully equipped. When entering the house, you will see an open space with a living room and a beautiful kitchen. In the living room is a 65? TV and a good sofa.From there lies a hallway where you can find 3 spacious bedrooms. The beds can be twin or double for each room. Crib and a high chair for children are also available. All of the beds have a remote til lower or raise them according to needs. Then there is also a good bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped with for example a stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, waffle and pancake makers, fridge and freezer, stand mixer and blender. Tenants should be able to enjoy themselves while cooking. Tableware are in the house for up to 12 persons.
From the living room, you can walk out on the porch where you can find a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a hot tub. A special house with a shower and a sauna are also there for use. Their people can change before entering the hot tub and can shower before and after using the hot tub.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room with material to wash.
In this house is a rule that everyone must feel good. The owners emphasize that tenants need to take good care of the house while using it.
In Húsafell is ideal to enjoy golfing, walks, swimming, fishing for example.
