It was a really nice stay and we would come back :) the only thing is, that the sign how you reach the house should be a bit better to see. But that?s the only thing :)

The Hekla Summerhouse was a little hard to find. The GPS with my rental car did not accept the coordinates given. Staying a number of days, I expected there would be trash and recycle bins. There were none so we packed garbage in our vehicles every day. There were large piles of dirt around the house foundations for an apparent foundation project. A door had been added for an exit from the bathroom that could not be locked. We packed some items in our cars every day because the house could not be locked. Good news includes a wonderful location and the house was a very nice place to stay!
