This bright and spacious three bedroom apartment is the upper floor of a two story house, which has one other apartment on the lower floor.The apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and big closets.
The hallway, living room and kitchen are open spaced with a dining area as well. The living room and kitchen are therefor very bright and spacious with a beautiful view over Akureyri center and all the way over the fjord. The kitchen is newly renovated and is very well equipped with all necessary facilities and tableware.
From the hallway you can go into a small storeage and from there down the stairs to a shared laundry room with the lower floor apartment.
The laundry room is spacous and has a washing mashine and dryer which you are welcome to use.
Guests are welcome to all rooms of the upper floor, the laundry is shared with the other aparment in the house. The garden is also shared with the other apartment in the house, but all guests are welcome to enjoy it.
The house is located extremely central, and in walking ditance from the main central street. It is very close to the swimming pool, central street with it´s cafées, bakery, local liquor store, restaurants and shops.
The house is located on a hill right above the city center. The view over the sea and center is so beautiful.
The city center is within a walking distance from the house, as well as the swimming pool and the shopping center, Glerartorg.
