Description
Cozy rustic cabin located in a beautiful spot in the West of Iceland. From the cabin you have a wonderful view over the flatland in front and stunning scenery in a small cabin area.The house is very well planned to make your stay cozy and comfortable with all amenities needed for a good stay. It was renovated in 2017 and designed to maintain a rustic feel.
In the house you will find a small and lovely living room with a sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed. In that open space you will find a kitchen with all things needed to prepare a good meal.
There are 2 bedrooms in the house and both have a double bed (140x200cm).
Then there is a bathroom with a shower, but we provide a hairdryer, wc paper, soap and shampoo.
In the bathroom you will as well find a washing machine.
This cabin is a good base for day tours around the region, for example around the Snæfellsnes peninsula or to Husafell and Into the Glacier.
15 minute drive is to next town called Borgarnes where you can find most things you could need.
You will need a car to arrive to the house. In the winter time we recommend a 4x4.
