Description

The home was build in 2015, and is located in Floahreppur, which is like the gateway to all main
attractions in South Iceland. It is located off, state-road 30,-just 2,3 km north off Interstate 1, on
a peaceful gated private land, the home is also close to the Golden Circle, and many other attractions.
The home has three bedrooms, all with double beds and the beds have highest quality of mattresses and ready made eiderdown duvets. The bathroom has a shower and high standard bathtowels-handtowels-washcloths for 6 people and a hairdryer.

The home has a TV, satelite Tv,DVD,CD,radio and internet access.
The dining table can seat 6-8 people, and it is open to the kitchen which makes all servings very easy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge( fridge/freezer/icemaker/running water)
dishwasher, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, big toaster, blender, dishes, glasses, pots/pans utensils,silverware etc. Please let us know if you would need a baby high chair and/or pack ´n´play (babybed)It is complimentary.
In the hallway is a washer and dryer, all in the same unit so you can go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. There you can also find iron and ironing board.
The patio has a big Stainless steal BBQ, and outdoor furnitures. After a long day out just to sit back and relax with a glass of wine on the patio and enjoy the view. The highlight is of course, your beautiful scenery with a spectacular view. During the winter time watching the Aurora Borealis- is just breathtaking.

A really cosy cottage. All you need for a relaxed vacation.
Very well equiped. We had a wonderfull time in november.

Very well staffed kitchen, brilliant beds, warm and cosy style. Enjoyed our stay. We?re ever lucky to see Northern Lights - thought the big window front, which made it even more exciting and pleasant.

Best cottage we've ever rented. Plenty of room even for 6 people, perfectly equipped,so you'll find everything you need. The owners are very nice and helpful and provide lots of information.

Absolutely perfect. The cottage was so well equipped, we missed nothing. The best accommodation we had during our trip.
Very helpful host who really cares about their guests.

Lovely friendly owner on site. This bungalow has open land in front and unobstructed views. Fabulous location just off road 30 and within 15 mins drive of Sofoss (shops). 3 bedrooms - 2 double and one twin. Very well equipped. Very warm. Ideally situated for the golden circle. I am sure we will be back.

Fantastic place to stay. Well equipped and the owners are so helpful. We saw the Northern lights from the cottage and it is great base for exploring the area

Very clean and modern property ideally situated for the Golden Circle. Everything we needed for our week?s stay. Rosa, the property manager who lives on site, is friendly and helpful.

Just wonderfull!
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in this home. The kitchen provides everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms were small but enough and the beds are real good. The bath is perfect. The living room is big enough, very comfortable and cosy... we felt like home.

Absolutely fantastic cottage, which came to a huge surprise how well layed out it is and very high standard of everything inside and out... We cannot put in words how highly we recommend this cottage. Location is fantastic for alot of interesting areas to drive to and finally enjoy the evening on the patio before going to extremely comfortable beds.... 5 stars !
