Right on the Golden Circle road, perfect if you want to see Gullfoss, Geysir, Kerið, Thingvellir national park, Skálholt, Laugarvatn (Fontana Spa), Secret Lagoon or many of the other wonderful places in south Iceland.
You will find several swimming pools, golf courses, horse riding and restaurants close by and the famous Icelandic animal park Slakki with in 3 km and the restaurant Friðheimar that is most popular restaurant only with in 6 km.

The house is within 25 min driving distance from Gullfoss & Geysir, Þingvellir National Park (25 min) and Flúðir lagoon (12min)

Villa was lovely and warm, and we enjoyed a great couple of days there. The place was clean when we arrived, and well stocked with essentials such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid. The hot tub was great to enjoy on evening, and we were able to sit in the hot water and watch the Aurora. Would definitely recommend.

Really a luxury and full equipped Villa!
There are several warm sheds settled around closely and lighten the area around in the evening. We met the northern light at the evening in front of the house but those lights is the defect which really effect the beauty of night.

I booked this villa for a couple of days. We loved the house,it was spacious, luxurious and clean. The bonus was that there were some basics for using in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable villa. We would have given it five stars but at the time we rented there were still minor works to be completed within the villa. The villa is well positioned for many of the main attractions.

Very Nice House, the owner is very responsive on issues of the house. I would highly recommend anyone who wish to stay here. . Its conveniently located in the Golden Circle.

Wonderful property, super helpful owners. If you're looking for a spacious and impeccably-designed house in which one can feel immediately and luxuriously at home, this is the place. In the winter, it was close to lit greenhouses and another house, but given the number of rooms and careful fence design, we never really noticed it. (Side note: Selfoss, the larges town near Laugarás, is a blast. I had my best single place in Iceland there, and thoroughly loved mixing with the locals at the bars or walking around.)

The property was really nice - great location, trampoline/spa/sauna outside are fantastic, and the modern house is really pleasant. The 85 inch TV is really high quality as well. Only thing to point out is that the beds are not huge, but that's probably not a big deal. Watching the sunsets from the huge porch is wonderful.

Pool table and darts in the garage were also a welcome surprise.

We were two families with 2 kids of 3 and 6. We?ve enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is new, has everything for a comfortable accommodation. The outside jacuzzi with water from hot springs was a great bonus - our children were spending time there. The kitchen is well equipped. Also there were small things that made a stay more convenient - salt, pepper, oil, tablets for dishwasher, etc. Elin and her husband were great hosts.
