Private room, close to a swimming pool

Description

A great place to stay and check out the swimming pool close by. :)

Unfortunately, no cooking / kitchen available!
(There is a microwave, mini fridge with a freezer, a kettle and more for you to use...)

Private bedroom upstairs with a view on the property and private bathroom downstairs in the basement.

- Check-in time is from 4pm - 11pm. Please let me know when you arrive, I have to open the door for you. Thanks!
- No visitors please, only people who have booked a night are welcome here. :)

The bedroom is a part of my peaceful apartment. Shared entrance with me, the owner.
- NO smoking/vaping indoors!

Grocery store, Krónan is only within 1 min walk.
Lovely swimming pool, Árbæjarlaug is within 5 min walk which has very nice hot tubs, steam bath, cold tub, showers and more.

Bus stop is only few steps from my apartment.
Free parking space and more space on the other side of the road by Krónan.

Helpful informations,
Flybus in Keflavík airport transfers from airport to BSÍ in Reykjavík (about 45 min). The next bus, Strætó number 5, which is close by, goes to my place in Árbær (about 25 min).

There are many beautiful walking paths in the area with a nice river and a great view.

A reservation can be cancelled with 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date and 100% of the full rental price will be repaid.
